🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Chemical Eng, Physics, or related field.
- 10+ years in aerospace or safety-critical engineering.
- 5+ years of technical leadership or engineering management.
- Track record leading teams through complex hardware or integrated systems across lifecycle.
- Strong systems integration, verification, and aerospace certification experience.
- Proficiency with CAD, GD&T, tolerance analysis, and engineering drawing reviews.
