🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in performance marketing, marketing analytics, or growth finance (B2B SaaS/fintech).
  • Strong funnel dynamics understanding from awareness to revenue.
  • Excellent communication and executive-presentation skills; influence decisions.
  • Excel/Google Sheets budgeting, pacing, scenario planning.
  • BI/CRM experience: Looker/Tableau/Power BI/Data Studio; Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Data Analytics (MBA a plus).
