🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Marketing Operations, Analytics, or Revenue Ops; 3+ years leading a global team.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, and DemandBase (LeanData preferred).
  • Proven success scaling global operations and leading cross-functional change.
  • Strong understanding of B2B funnels, attribution, lifecycle processes, and recurring revenue.
  • Strong analytics: translate data into insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication; AI/automation and data architecture experience.
