🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or Lifecycle Marketing within B2B SaaS
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience
  • Deep expertise with Marketo and Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, lead scoring, attribution, and funnel management
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, and Data teams
  • Proven ability to connect marketing initiatives to pipeline and revenue outcomes
