- Results-oriented with bias toward action, clarity, and high standards.
- Strong stakeholder mgmt; able to influence senior leaders.
- Track record using data to drive measurable marketing impact.
- Experience leading analytics teams and elevating talent and culture.
- Deep expertise in marketing measurement: attribution, MMM, causal inference, LTV.
- Strong SQL and data warehouse experience.
- BI/visualization tools Looker, Tableau, PowerBI and Python.
