  • Lead and scale the Marketing Analytics team to drive business impact.
  • Own marketing reporting across paid, owned, and integrated channels, incl. LTV.
  • Build scalable reporting infrastructure and self-serve tools for faster decisions.
  • Use MMM and experimental methods to estimate incremental impact.
  • Translate analyses into executive recommendations; partner on budgets with Marketing, Finance, Product.
  • Set and drive the vision and strategy for the Marketing Analytics function.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years analytics experience; 8+ in Marketing Analytics in B2C tech.
  • Results-oriented with bias toward action, clarity, and high standards.
  • Strong stakeholder mgmt; able to influence senior leaders.
  • Track record using data to drive measurable marketing impact.
  • Experience leading analytics teams and elevating talent and culture.
  • Deep expertise in marketing measurement: attribution, MMM, causal inference, LTV.
  • Strong SQL and data warehouse experience.
  • BI/visualization tools Looker, Tableau, PowerBI and Python.
