  • Own analytics and end-to-end measurement across growth marketing from spend to revenue.
  • Lead visualization and reporting infrastructure with clear dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Lead pipeline attribution, ROI, CAC, LTV, and ad spend analyses; collaborate with Growth and RevOps.
  • Evolve attribution modeling and performance measurement using AI/ML for accuracy and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing analytics or growth analytics.
  • Deep expertise in growth marketing measurement across the funnel.
  • Hands-on Salesforce CRM and marketing data pipelines experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL; Python or R is a plus.
  • Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Experience with attribution modeling, MMM, and/or incrementality testing.
