🎯 Requirements

- Proven track record managing contract manufacturers / OEM / ODM / CM partners.
- Experience working with factories in Asia or Latin America (Mexico preferred).
- Strong skills in cost modeling, BOM analysis, supplier negotiation, and margin optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
