- Source and onboard institutional prospects across APAC/EMEA for prediction contracts and RWA products.
- Drive adoption of prediction market contracts and tokenized RWA offerings to institutional clients.
- Position the Crypto.com ecosystem (Exchange, OTC, Custody, CFDs, predictions, RWA) to meet client needs.
- Own end-to-end onboarding with Legal, Compliance, and Ops for fast time-to-trade.
- Serve as primary contact for your book; maintain high retention and upsell.
- Provide boots-on-the-ground market insights to Product/Strategy on competitors and regulatory trends.
🎯 Requirements
- 4-8 years in Institutional Sales; FinTech or regulated finance; Manager to Senior Manager.
- 2+ years in digital assets; knowledge of spot/derivatives, custody, prediction markets, or RWA.
- CFD products knowledge; broker-LP relationships; A-book/B-book models; CFD/retail experience preferred.
- Predictions & RWA familiarity; sales/BD experience a plus.
- Existing APAC/EMEA institutional contacts incl crypto funds, HFTs, asset managers.
- API connectivity, FIX protocol, sub-accounts, and on-chain settlement.
