- Existing network of institutional contacts (crypto funds, HFTs, asset managers).
- Discuss API connectivity, FIX protocol, and sub-account structures with client tech teams.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong presentation skills with Portfolio Managers and Ops Heads.
