  • Pipeline Execution: Proactively source and onboard institutional prospects.

  • Onboarding Management: Lead end-to-end onboarding process, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure a seamless time-to-trade for new clients.

  • Sales Reporting: Track activity and forecasts in CRM (AUM, trading volume).

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–7 years in Institutional Sales, BD, or RM in FinTech or finance.
  • 2+ years in digital assets with spot/derivatives and custody.
  • Existing network of institutional contacts (crypto funds, HFTs, asset managers).
  • Discuss API connectivity, FIX protocol, and sub-account structures with client tech teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong presentation skills with Portfolio Managers and Ops Heads.
