  • Source, pitch, and onboard institutional prospects (hedge funds, family offices, prop traders).
  • Position Crypto.com ecosystem (Exchange, OTC, Custody) for institutional traders.
  • Drive end-to-end onboarding with Legal, Compliance, and Operations for seamless time-to-trade.
  • Be the primary contact for your book; ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Provide boots-on-the-ground market feedback to Product/Strategy on pricing and gaps.
  • Maintain CRM-based sales activity and forecasts with KPIs like Trading Volume and AUM.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4-7 years in institutional sales, biz dev, or RM in FinTech or traditional finance.
  • 2+ years in digital assets; knowledge of spot/derivatives trading and custodial workflows.
  • Discuss API connectivity, FIX protocol, and sub-account structures with clients.
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas and volume targets.
  • Strong presentation skills with PMs and Operations Heads.
  • Startup mindset; ability to pivot with market/regulatory changes.
