  • Network: Existing institutional contacts preferred.
  • Technical Literacy: discuss API connectivity, FIX protocol, sub-account structures.
  • Execution Focus: proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and volume targets.
  • Communication: strong presentation skills with PMs and Operations Heads.
  • Agility: startup mindset; pivot quickly with changing markets/regulations.
