- Technical Literacy: discuss API connectivity, FIX protocol, sub-account structures.
- Execution Focus: proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and volume targets.
- Communication: strong presentation skills with PMs and Operations Heads.
- Agility: startup mindset; pivot quickly with changing markets/regulations.
