- Network: Existing institutional contacts preferred.
- Technical Literacy: API connectivity, FIX protocol, sub-accounts.
- Execution Focus: Proven track record hitting or exceeding quotas and volumes.
- Communication & Agility: Strong presentations; adaptable to market/regulatory changes.
