🎯 Requirements
- 4-7 years in institutional sales, BD, or RM in FinTech or finance.
- 2+ years in digital asset space; knowledge of spot/derivatives and custodial workflows.
- Existing network of institutional contacts preferred.
- Ability to discuss API connectivity, FIX protocol, and sub-account structures.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- Startup mindset with agility to pivot as market conditions and regulatory environments change.
