🎯 Requirements

  • 4–7 years in Institutional Sales, BD, or RM in FinTech or traditional finance.
  • 2+ years in digital asset space; knowledge of spot/derivatives and custodial workflows.
  • Existing network of institutional contacts preferred.
  • API connectivity, FIX protocol, and sub-account structures with client teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong presentation skills for Portfolio Managers and Operations Heads.
