  • Lead institutional sales to drive Crypto.com's growth.
  • Bridge institutional clients with Crypto.com services to onboard partners.
  • Own targets and book of business with autonomy.
  • Pipeline execution: source, pitch, and onboard institutional prospects.
  • Position Exchange, OTC, and Custody to meet client needs.
  • Coordinate onboarding with Legal, Compliance, and Operations for time-to-trade.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–7 years in Institutional Sales/BD/Rel Mgmt in FinTech or Traditional Finance.
  • 2+ years in digital asset space; spot/derivatives and custodial workflows.
  • Existing institutional network preferred (crypto-native funds, HFTs, asset managers).
  • API connectivity, FIX protocol, and sub-account structures with client tech teams.
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and volume targets.
  • Strong presentation skills for complex talks with Portfolio Managers and Operations Heads.
