- 4β7 years in Institutional Sales/BD/Rel Mgmt in FinTech or Traditional Finance.
- 2+ years in digital asset space; spot/derivatives and custodial workflows.
- Existing institutional network preferred (crypto-native funds, HFTs, asset managers).
- API connectivity, FIX protocol, and sub-account structures with client tech teams.
- Track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and volume targets.
- Strong presentation skills for complex talks with Portfolio Managers and Operations Heads.
