Senior Manager, Machine Learning - Small Dollar Loans & Cash Line

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end ML for SDL and Cash Line underwriting and pricing models
• Improve risk separation and refine cost models; unify with personal loan models
• Design decision engines translating model predictions into customer-facing lending outcomes
• Develop and validate robust model performance metrics
• Foster technical rigor; mentor and grow a top-tier ML team
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Capital Markets, and Data Analytics to align ML with strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience developing and deploying ML models in production with direct customer and financial impact
• Proven track record leading high-impact ML initiatives from research through productionization
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or a related field
• Strong technical judgment; deep dive into model design, data analysis, and evaluation
• Knowledge of production ML; ability to adapt to new tech stacks and contribute technically when needed
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience building and mentoring ML teams; cross-functional collaboration
• Hands-on familiarity with end-to-end ML infrastructure, including experimentation pipelines, feature stores, and model monitoring
