Lead the ML platform team to design, develop, and optimize ML systems.
Drive scientific rigor and quantify feature impact on engagement metrics.
Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and PMs to deploy from concept to release.

🎯 Requirements

MS or PhD in CS, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in engineering or scientific domains.
5+ years leading teams, hiring, developing, and managing high performing engineers/scientists.
Industry experience building and productionizing ML systems.
Advanced knowledge of Python, SQL.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
