Senior Manager, Machine Learning Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead fraud model development for tabular, graph, and behavioral data
• Build scalable feature pipelines and training datasets
• Prototype ideas, run offline tests, productionize best approaches
• Productionize models in batch or real-time systems; improve latency
• Instrument and monitor model/data health; define retraining workflows
• Collaborate with Eng, Fraud Analytics, Product, ML Platform

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years: ML model research, training, tuning, deployment at scale
• Strong Python skills and production-grade code
• Experience with tabular models (LightGBM/XGBoost/CatBoost)
• Experience with PyTorch for deep learning
• Experience with distributed processing (Spark; Ray/Dask)
• ML lifecycle tooling (Kubeflow, Airflow, MLflow) and AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor)
