📋 Description

• Manage and mentor ML/Data Engineers across levels.
• Distill customer needs with Product Managers into actionable roadmaps.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of large-scale ML solutions with ops focus.
• Build robust batch and real-time data pipelines with data platforms.
• Collaborate with Fraud/Compliance and Data Analytics teams on fraud vectors.
• Promote agile processes, CI/CD, automated testing, and model monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering.
• 10-14+ yrs ML/data eng; 5+ yrs leading teams.
• Proven ML models shipped in production; distributed systems.
• Python expert; Java/Scala a plus; strong communication.
• ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras; data tools: Kafka, Spark, Hadoop.
• AWS SageMaker/EKS/ECS; Datadog, Grafana.
