Senior Manager, Logistics

📋 Description

• Develop end-to-end logistics strategy and roadmaps to minimize cost and maximize reliability for Form’s project deployments, covering inbound and outbound flows across freight, warehousing, packaging, compliance, and duties.
• Define and optimize Form’s global transportation network design, including carrier mix, modal strategy, lane architecture, and flow design across suppliers, manufacturing sites, and customer project locations.
• Build, manage, and continuously optimize a high-performing carrier and broker network to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and reliable movement of goods across all logistics flows.
• Establish and govern carrier selection and performance management frameworks, including KPIs, scorecards, and long-term partnership strategies to ensure best-in-class service, cost, and reliability.
• Design and execute RFQs to drive competitive sourcing and ongoing cost optimization.
• Develop total landed cost modeling and scenario analysis to support sourcing decisions, network optimization, and logistics trade-off evaluation.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in logistics or supply chain operations; experience at a high-volume manufacturer a plus.
• Broad knowledge of packaging, transport, and trade compliance regulations.
• Experience creating RFQs and selecting carriers with detailed criteria.
• Quantitative, analytical, data-driven decision maker with attention to detail.
• Proven track record delivering projects and implementing new solutions.
• Motivated problem-solver; collaboration across teams; strong ownership.
