Own cost governance for first mile and last mile nodes; ensure data integrity and reporting.
Partner with operations to identify leakages or deviations (incentives, provisioning).
Design and own dashboards, trackers, and exception reports for cost visibility.
Support provisioning for last-mile incentives, damaged shipments, returns, and COD costs.
Conduct monthly node reviews with ops and finance to bridge actual vs booked costs.
Facilitate auditor walkthroughs, data validation trails, and control documentation.

🎯 Requirements

CA or MBA Finance with 6+ years in finance controllership or logistics finance.
Strong with Excel/Google Sheets; dashboards, SQL or BI tools a plus.
Ability to work with ground teams and apply financial scrutiny to operations.
Strong bias for action with a questioning mindset and independent metric ownership.
