🎯 Requirements

  • 5–8 years in consumer lending operations, servicing, or collections.
  • Experience with installment loans or personal loans.
  • Led customer service and/or collections teams.
  • Familiarity with loan servicing platforms, dialers, CRM, and payments.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Risk, Legal, Eng.
  • Strong analytical skills and KPI development.
