Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Operations

• Act as a senior IC driving lifecycle marketing capabilities across lifecycle and managed business.

• Operate as a player/coach, guiding teammates while owning initiatives.
\n
• Establish cross-functional partnerships with Lifecycle, Growth, Product, and Data.
\n
• Oversee design, implementation, and optimization of scalable marketing ops processes.
\n
• Lead change management to improve efficiency, reliability, and execution quality.
\n
• Oversee lifecycle campaigns across channels with ownership of email marketing automation.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 6-8 years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or growth ops in a scaled SaaS environment.
\n
• Strong desire to lead as a senior IC, influencing outcomes through expertise, not people management.
\n
• Deep experience with email marketing platforms and automation, Iterable preferred.
\n
• Hands on experience with marketing data pipelines and reverse ETL tools such as Hightouch.
\n
• Strong analytical mindset with Databricks, Tableau, or similar tools to monitor performance.
\n
• Design and maintain scalable lifecycle systems and processes across complex organizations.
\n
• Comfortable partnering with Product, Growth, and Data teams in fast moving environments.
\n
• SQL knowledge and data modeling are a plus.
\n
