  • Own lifecycle marketing enablement and operations for growth
  • Lead CRM execution across channels, including QA and release readiness
  • Own lifecycle intake and prioritization, translating needs into tech plans
  • Design and run an agile CRM operating model (intake, sprint planning, QA, release)
  • Coordinate with Director of MarTech on tooling, roadmaps, and integrations
  • Stay hands-on in CRM builds, debugging, and launches

🎯 Requirements

  • 6–8+ years CRM/Lifecycle platform ownership experience (Braze preferred)
  • Deep MarTech experience: CRM, CDPs, analytics, and web/mobile integrations
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, SDKs, data flows; hands-on coding a plus
  • Proven cross-functional partner with Product, Engineering, Data, MarTech
  • Experience designing operating models for marketing/growth (intake, sprints, QA, release)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
