Primary admin for learning platforms Seismic, Mindtickle, Synthesia and related platforms.
Own learning systems administration, reporting and analytics.
Partner with Product Marketing, GTM, CS, Sales, HR, IT, and exec leadership.
Develop onboarding, enablement, leadership development, and AI learning initiatives.
Drive governance, content production, and cross-functional projects.
Build scalable programs and measure adoption and impact.

🎯 Requirements

Program management experience in learning or enablement.
Learning technology administration and governance.
Content development for learning resources.
Analytics, reporting, and dashboards.
Cross-functional partnership across marketing, sales, product, HR.
Experience with Seismic, Mindtickle, or similar platforms.
