  • Experience leading AI-forward KM initiatives with LLM tooling
  • Own KM strategy, governance, and content lifecycle
  • Editorial/written comms for regulatory changes
  • Experience with Guru, Confluence, Salesforce Knowledge
  • Data-driven: KPIs, content performance, translate insights into action
