Senior Manager, Joint Ventures & Leasing

📋 Description

• Own global lease accounting and JV reporting.
• Lead month/quarter/year-end closes for lease and JV.
• Prepare and review ASC 842 analyses; document memos.
• Collaborate with Technical Accounting on complex lease/JV transactions.
• Maintain SOX/ICFR controls and audit readiness.
• Liaise with auditors and support external disclosures.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years accounting exp, incl. 2+ years Big 4.
• ASC 842/lease accounting knowledge.
• US GAAP and SOX-compliant processes.
• Manage period-end close and prepare technical docs.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits.
• Work authorization that does not require sponsorship.
