Senior Manager, IT Internal Audit & SOX

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end IT SOX program—from strategy to testing and remediation.
• Influence IT, engineering, and security risk and controls with leadership.
• Drive AI-enabled automation and continuous monitoring for audits.
• Manage executive and Audit Committee reporting on IT risk.
• Build and maintain a SOX documentation library and control matrices.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to position audit as a strategic partner.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MIS, CS, or related field.
• 8+ years in IT SOX, IT Internal Audit, or risk advisory.
• Proven design/implementation experience in IT SOX with COSO, SOX 404, PCAOB.
• Experience auditing cloud-native SaaS apps (NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday).
• Proven ability to influence at the executive level.
• GRC tools (AuditBoard/Optro) or building in-house solutions.
