📋 Description

• Leads team of network engineers, sys admins for on‑prem, labs, and GCP.
• Architects, designs, and implements infra tech; manages vendor support.
• Ensures secure, compliant infra with Security team collaboration.
• Reports to Director IT; onsite role; defines long‑term infra goals.
• Oversees change control and scheduled maintenance.
• Maintains infrastructure diagrams, inventory, and incident logs.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in tech leadership/management.
• Architect-level virtualization, systems, networking, storage (VMware vSphere).
• 5+ years managing enterprise IT infrastructure (Network, IaaS, PaaS, Security).
• 7+ years Windows 10/11, Windows Server, DAS/NAS/SAN, Google Workspace, GCP.
• ITGRC knowledge: ITIL, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, PCI, GMP.
• Strong PM, communication, problem solving, and stakeholder mgmt.
