Lead IT/OT for automation, infra, security, and compliance in pharma manufacturing
Champion cGMP compliance and regulatory requirements (GAMP5, 21CFR11)
Coach and mentor direct reports to build a cross-functional IT/OT team
Set strategic direction for IT/OT assets and monitor industry advances
Ensure IT/OT systems are available, capable, and production-ready
Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional IT/OT team

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in Engineering, CS, or related technical degree required
7+ years IT/OT systems management, automation, or security experience
3+ years supervisory or team leadership experience
GAMP5 and 21CFR11 compliance experience required
Pharma/chemical manufacturing background preferred
Knowledge of MES, SQL, Oracle is a plus
