📋 Description

  • Source, evaluate, and recruit ISV partners aligned with PolyAI’s platform.
  • Build the business case for each partnership: integration, value, and revenue opportunity.
  • Negotiate partnership terms including co-sell frameworks, referrals, and joint metrics.
  • Develop multi-threaded relationships across ISV orgs — product, sales, and executive sponsors.
  • Manage a portfolio of 5–10 ISV partnerships across up to five verticals.
  • Drive GTM with partners: joint campaigns, events, and co-branded content.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6–8 years in ISV partnerships, channel sales, or alliances with proven revenue.
  • Proven track record sourcing and closing partner deals.
  • Ability to build partnerships and GTM motions from scratch.
  • Strong CRM discipline; Salesforce preferred; data‑driven pipeline management.
  • Knowledge of SaaS, enterprise software, or CX/voice markets.
  • Familiarity with APIs, CCaaS, CRM integrations; Salesforce preferred.
