- Partner with Head of Investor Relations to execute Axon's IR strategy and engage shareholders, analysts and prospective investors
- Develop understanding of Axon's business, financial performance, products, competitive positioning and growth
- Craft investment narrative by synthesizing results, developments, industry trends and initiatives
- Prepare presentations, briefing materials and other communications for investors and internal stakeholders
- Support quarterly earnings processes, including financial analysis and earnings materials
- Analyze industry trends and investor feedback to inform management decisions
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field
- 5+ years in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance or similar
- Strong financial modeling and analytics skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and clear presentations
- Detail-oriented with high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with FactSet, Bloomberg or similar financial platforms (preferred)
