Senior Manager, Investor Relations

📋 Description

• Partner with Head of Investor Relations to execute Axon's IR strategy.
• Develop understanding of Axon's business, finance, products, and growth.
• Refine Axon's investment narrative for investors and analysts.
• Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and Q&A for investors.
• Support quarterly earnings processes: analysis, materials, conference calls and follow-up.
• Build and maintain financial models, analyst tracking and benchmarking.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, or related.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Proactive, self-starting with ownership and accountability.
• Experience with FactSet, Bloomberg or other financial information platforms preferred.
