Senior Manager, Investment Management

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and audit tax equity models (partnership flip/T-flip).
• Prepare investment materials for Investment Committee.
• Analyze sponsor financials, contracts, and diligence materials.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve modeling and reporting.
• Support portfolio management and monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related; MBA/MS a plus.
• 4+ years in renewable energy, structured finance, or infra investing with tax equity modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills; ability to build complex partnership models; VBA or Python a plus.
• Strong understanding of tax equity structures (partnership flip, T-flip).
• Familiar with IRS requirements, safe harbor tests, and recapture provisions.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; comfortable with AI tools.
