Senior Manager - International Payroll

📋 Description

• Vendor management with Global MSPs and RFPs.
• Systems integration: Workday HCM, Etrade, and payroll vendor.
• End-to-end payroll for thousands across EMEA and APAC.
• Collaborate with HR on hires, terminations, leaves.
• Develop internal controls for payroll compliance and data accuracy.
• Drive payroll improvements and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 12–15+ years payroll experience; 5+ in multinational settings.
• Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, or HR; CPP a plus.
• Hands-on with Payroll, Time & Attendance, HRIS, and payroll providers.
• Workday HCM knowledge required.
• Excellent PM and organisational skills for multiple projects.
• Strong communication and change-management abilities.
