Senior Manager, Internal Communications

📋 Description

• Lead internal comms strategy to engage employees.
• Oversee Slack, email, intranet channels and calendar.
• Own end-to-end Town Hall production: agenda, content, host.
• Partner with HR and Marketing to translate strategy into messages.
• Translate complex initiatives into clear messages for geographies.
• Mentor the Internal Communications specialist and advise leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in internal or corporate communications.
• Experience developing and executing strategies that drive engagement.
• Experience managing direct reports and coaching teams.
• Strong background in change management communications.
• Experience supporting executive communications including town halls and leadership messaging.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear narratives.
