Senior Manager, Internal Audit

📋 Description

• Develop risk-based audit plans and testing for risk/compliance audits
• Execute fieldwork; assess control design/effectiveness; deliver reports
• Build data analysis tools (Python, Databricks, Looker) to boost audit efficiency
• Manage stakeholders; communicate risk issues clearly; ensure recommendations are adopted
• Monitor management action plans and ensure timely remediation
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and promote continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 10 years of auditing in Big 4 or fintech/banking sectors
• Proven experience in financial crime, fraud, card scheme compliance, and ERM
• Deep US regulatory experience; familiarity with Canada/Latin America rules
• Detail-oriented, proactive, self-motivated
• Strong communication to senior management; ability to influence change
