Senior Manager, Insurance Product Management

📋 Description

• Own Gravie’s insurance plan portfolio end-to-end from strategy to go-to-market.
• Own vision and management of benefit plan designs and portfolio.
• Build Gravie’s differentiation in the market to support our mission.
• Collaborate with analytics to build KPIs and dashboards for product performance.
• Monitor market trends and needs in level-funded insurance; prioritize enhancements.
• Lead insurance portfolio planning with cross-functional teams to design and price new plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in insurance product with cross-functional planning and release cycles.
• 5+ years in health insurance, ideally in the commercial segment.
• Strong cross-functional alignment across actuarial, underwriting, compliance, operations, and technology.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Extra credit: small group level-funded products; startup experience.
