🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, economics, finance, or related field
- 6+ years in health insurance product and ACA/QHP design
- Knowledge of ACA plan design, cost-sharing, EHB, and regs
- Experience leading regulatory filings (PBT, SBC, docs)
- Operations experience with regimented product development and filing processes
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
