🎯 Requirements

- 6+ years of program or project management in healthcare or regulated industries.
- 6+ years in change management and process improvement.
- 6+ years solving health plan operational problems.
- Proven track record leading complex cross-functional implementations.
- Strong understanding of operational readiness, regulatory needs, and lifecycles.
