📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority insurance growth initiatives from concept to go-live.
  • Manage cross-functional programs across product, network, regulatory, tech, and vendors.
  • Ensure on-time delivery within scope; manage risks and dependencies.
  • Report to the Director and present executive updates.
  • Coordinate partnerships, reciprocity setups, and new product launches.
  • Drive readiness and transition to run-state teams post-launch.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience.
  • 6+ years of program or project management in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • 6+ years in change management and process improvement.
  • 6+ years solving health plan operational problems.
  • Proven track record leading complex cross-functional implementations.
  • Strong understanding of operational readiness, regulatory needs, and lifecycles.
