• Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority insurance growth initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience.
• 6+ years of program or project management in healthcare/insurance.
• 6+ years change management and process improvement experience.
• 6+ years solving health plan operational problems.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional implementations end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of regulatory readiness and product lifecycles.
• Experience managing external partners and vendors.
