Senior Manager, Infrastructure Capex Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end capex and fixed asset accounting, incl. CIP, close, reconciliations.
• Apply ASC 360 guidance for capitalization, useful lives, impairment, disposals.
• Partner with Real Estate, Legal, and Finance during contract negotiations to understand accounting implications.
• Serve as trusted finance partner to non-finance stakeholders, explaining financial impacts clearly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve upstream data pipelines for asset receipt, deployment, and in-service dates.
• Design and scale systems, processes, and controls for a growing fixed asset portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of accounting in tech or infrastructure.
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Strong ASC 360 knowledge for infrastructure assets.
• Experience managing a large fixed asset portfolio.
• Analytical with large datasets and data-driven decisions.
• Translate technical accounting concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
