Senior Manager, Information Security Officer

📋 Description

• Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Document data architecture, integrations, and security controls.
• Lead Information Security team with cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage security tools including zero-trust, SSO, and OAuth.
• Oversee MDM across Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
• Ensure audit/compliance alignment with SOC2, NIST, and HiTrust CSF; support audits.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a dedicated information security role with zero-trust endpoints.
• CISSP (highly preferred) or equivalent cert with path to CISSP.
• HiTrust CSF experience (assessments, remediation, or certification).
• Strong scripting, programming, encryption, and digital security skills.
• Cloud security knowledge (CASB, firewalls, monitoring) and SaaS ops (Google Workspace).
• ITIL, SOC2, NIST SP 800-171, HIPAA/PCI experience; strong comms and leadership.
