Lead plan strategy, design, filing, launch readiness, and post-launch performance.
Accountable for plan readiness, quality, and issue remediation.
Report to the VP, Insurance Product Innovation and Development.
Collaborate with Actuarial, Regulatory, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years product management experience, preferably IFP/Employer-Subsidized.
5+ years management in cross-functional environments (finance, consulting, health).
4+ years experience owning plan design and regulatory filings.
3+ years Excel and SQL proficiency to analyze data.
Travel up to 25%.

🎁 Benefits

Base pay NJ/NY/CA: $149,040 - $195,615 per year.
Other locations: $134,136 - $176,053 per year.
