🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in IFP and Employer-Subsidized products
- 5+ years managing cross-functional teams (finance, consulting, health insurance)
- 4+ years of experience owning plan design and regulatory filings
- 3+ years with Excel and SQL to manipulate and analyze data
- Travel up to 25% of the time
