Senior Manager, Inbound Logistics

📋 Description

• Owning relationships with freight forwarders, ocean carriers, 3PLs, and inbound vendors.
• Forecast inbound shipping expenses across Ecommerce, Wholesale, and Donation channels (12–18 months).
• Present forecast vs actuals to Finance/Operations; diagnose variances; improve accuracy.
• Manage invoice audits, reconciliations, and dispute resolutions.
• Lead inbound vendor RFPs and evaluate new service offerings.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics on shipping data: ingestion, dashboards, monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing import freight and supply chain logistics; data analytics.
• Experience across ocean, air, dray, LTL, FTL.
• Familiarity with carrier contracts, expense forecasting, inbound optimization.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, invoice audits, large datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools; bonus: Looker.
• ERP and WMS systems experience; bonus: NetSuite and Manhattan.
