Senior Manager, Implementation

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Implementation Consultants for strategic deployments.
• Define and maintain the implementation standards for your team.
• Define, track and achieve KPIs for the implementation program.
• Own the implementation process for assigned accounts, incl. training.
• Primary contact for oversight and reporting during client implementations.
• Ensure timely and successful completion of new client implementations.
• Monitor client progress to ensure adoption within scope and schedule.
• Travel to customer sites as needed (~25%).

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Senior Manager or Director roles.
• 8+ years leading people/teams.
• Strong business background incl. PM, account mgmt, analytics.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions.
• Ability to influence across all levels, including C-level.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification preferred.
