• Establish implementation frameworks, SOPs, and QA standards for scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Economics, or related.
• 10+ years leading complex energy efficiency programs.
• 5+ years leading teams with outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
• Knowledge of DSM, program design, regulatory frameworks, market transformation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder influence.
• Experience forecasting, budgeting, and profitability management.
• Experience managing client relationships and contracts.
