Senior Manager, HR Compliance - Americas

📋 Description

• Lead scalable HR compliance framework across the Americas
• Manage immigration and global mobility programs in the region
• Drive culture of compliance with People Team and leadership
• Partner with Legal, ER, Risk/Compliance for audit readiness
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and training programs
• Produce regular compliance reports for senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 10+ years HR compliance or related field
• 5+ years applying U.S. employment law across multiple states
• 3+ years building HR compliance programs (policies, audits, training)
• 2+ years people management
• Experience partnering with Legal, Employee Relations, and/or Risk/Compliance
