🎯 Requirements

5+ years of progressive HR experience with direct HRBP support.
Prior experience supporting Field Sales and remote employees.
SHRM-CP or relevant professional certification preferred.
Experience in regulated environments (life sciences, healthcare, or similar) preferred.
Ability to manage high-volume, complex employee relations matters independently.
Be in HQ office 2 days per week.
